This morning the State of Illinois and the City of Chicago filed against Trump, the DOD, Homeland Security, the US Army, Hegseth, Kristi Noem, and the secretary of the Army, Daniel P. Driscoll for actions in Chicago, and more broadly, the state of Illinois.
