Logging into LinkedIn on June 1st to see all the companies slip into Pander Mode, hustling to put up their rainbow banner and wax poetic about how they love and value the LGBTQ community, with an obligatory shout out to their LGBTQ ERG…
…while watching them simultaneously roll out practices, policies, procedures, marketing, and PR that does direct harm to the LGBTQ community the other 11 months out of the year.
…and rub elbows, making squeals of joy and approval, with a burgeoing fascist regime in control of the current Administration, putting those employees in direct danger.
…and make 6 and 7 figure donations to entities and organizations that actively work everyday to dismantle our human rights.
Your little cute rainbow isn’t fooling anyone right now. I feel like I’m trying to hold the line in Sparta.
